Hi everyone! I want to tell you about my amazing school. We have all the usual lessons like maths and science, but we learn in a special way. We go on school trips and carry out our own experiments. We also give presentations, make videos and build models. We have to do homework and sit exams like other school, but we don't have to wear a uniform. It's relaxed school with not many strict rules in the classroom.
We have lessons for five hours a day from Monday to Friday. After we finish the lessons, we do after-school activities like art classes and music lessons. We also attend the school student meeting once a week to talk about our activities and problems.
The teachers always support us, but they don't solve our problems - they guide us to find the solutions.
My school is different and I enjoy it. What's your school like? What makes it special?

The Teen Stress Problem - by Alex Cooper
These days, many teenagers feel stressed.
At school, they have a lot of things to study, and they often have tests. Many students attend extra classes after school, too. When they get home, they have lots of homework to do. When they finish their homework, they have to help their parents with chores. This means that many young people don't have much time to relax, so they find it difficult to sleep or focus on their school work.
I have some ideas about how to help teenagers with this problem. I think that schools should have yoga classes because yoga can help to reduce stress. I also think that parents should give their children some time to relax after school.
I really believe that if more young people do yoga and relax, they will be less stressed.

A lot of teenagers take part in clubs in their schools. So what are the benefits of school clubs?
First, when you join a school club you make new friends. You will meet other students who could potentially become your new close friends. The reason is that clubs have members with something in common. At club meetings you will spend some time with other members. This will help you better understand one another and even become friends.
In addition, being a club member helps you learn new skills. By participating in different clubs and working with diverse people, you can develop such skills as communication, teamwork, and time management.
Another benefit of joining a club is that you can improve yourself. You not only learn more about your area of interest but you can also become more confident. You will have a chance to work with new people, organise club activities, and take part in different events. This will make you feel much better about yourself.

I can identify specific details and general information in a text about bullying.
Some students in Việt Nam are struggling with the fear of bullying caused by their peers. Understanding reasons for bullies' behaviours can easily solve this problem.
1 Bullies need a sense of control
Some students can't do what they want because they have to obey their teachers and parents. As a result, they need a sense of control and they may find that from bullying their friend.
2 Bullies need attention
Bullies are often lonely. Friends don't really care about them, and neither do their family. Therefore, they can do anything to find attention, even causing harm to their friends.
3 Bullies used to be victims
In the past, they might experience mental and physical violence from their family or friends. The pain makes them feel hopeless and depressed. They don't want to suffer alone so they tend to hurt other people the same way.
4 Bullies are jealous
There are some students who always receive many compliments from teachers. These students often become the target of bullying. Jealous people want to take something away from their talented friends, so they may use violence as a tool.
