Hello and welcome to Tomorrow education. In this episode, we're talking about the classroom of the future. Now we know what's like in the classroom. But the world of education will look very different soon. So what will we see in the school of the future? Well, let me start by saying that there will be fewer physical schools. Home schooling will probably be the main way that students learn. There won't be any need for parents to do the work for teachers. Students will log on to online classrooms to see and listen to the lessons that teachers have recorded. This will mean we need fewer teachers, as just one teacher will be able to teach hundreds, maybe thousands of students at the same time. At school, robots will not be able to replace teachers completely. One of the reasons is that they won't be able to understand the students’ emotions, so they won't be able to help. However, they will be made to support students. Students won't need to use paper textbooks anymore because they will be paperless. In other words, the students will be able to learn by reading ebooks or experiencing lessons through technology like hologram devices. These will bring any subjects, even maths to life. So the classroom of the future may look like a living room, or it may still be like a traditional classroom. Whichever students are in, learning will be more effective in the years to come.
